We’re Jumping for Joy!
We’ve been open for just over a year but that hasn’t stopped us being highly commended as Small Visitor Attraction of the Year in Marketing Cheshire’s 13th Annual Awards!
Last Thursday we all went to the amazing awards ceremony, which was held at Chester Racecourse, and enjoyed a lovely three course dinner before the presentation of the awards took place.
Marketing Cheshire’s Annual Awards are all about celebrating excellence and outstanding achievement within the county and we were up against three other great attractions in our category. These included; country home, Adlington Hall, Norton Priory Museum & Gardens in Runcorn and family run attraction, Backford Belles Ice-cream. Combined, have been established in Cheshire for over 10 years!
The Small Visitor Attraction of The Year award itself highlights attractions who receive up to 75,000 visitors per year and are dedicated to offering the best customer experience possible. Since opening, we’ve always looked at ways we can improve your experience; from developing new products and offers to listening to all your feedback and it was fantastic to see this recognised, so keep the comments coming!
The judging of the award was based on the entry form we submitted last month, as well as our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. We were also visited secretly by one of the judges in a ‘mystery shop’ which went towards our overall score – everyone was on their best behaviour!
Since opening last October we’ve welcomed tens of thousands of visitors through our doors and have had an incredible first year; from our appearance on Good Morning Britain and Newsround to hosting the first UK Ultimate Dodgeball Championship and everything in between (you can read all about here)! We couldn’t have picked a better place to open our first trampoline park than in Cheshire and being recognised in the Small Visitor Attraction of the Year category really is the icing on a brilliant birthday cake!
