Included in your membership is free access to other programs like GLOW, free drinks, merchandise savings, and even money off your next birthday party!

All memberships require you to sign up for an initial 3 month period, paying monthly. After that you are free to keep paying and keep playing, every day, or simply cancel your membership.

You will be required to read and sign the full membership contract before paying and creating your membership. If purchasing online, please ensure you read the T&C's before ticking the acceptance box as by ticking this you are signing your membership contract. You will be emailed the full contract again on purchasing your first months membership.

Membership FAQs

Memberships can only be paid for and created with a valid credit or debit card.
No cash or gift cards are accepted.
Your credit/debit card will be charged each month on the original date you signed up.
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum 3 month commitment. Refer to your agreement or ask a team member for full details.
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump and GLOW times.
Memberships are only valid for the original Guest named when it was created.
After you complete your minimum 3 month commitment, you can downgrade your membership (if there is a lower cost membership available).
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to any of our memberships, so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price, or FREE for Unlimited Members. (Parents/Guardians must be aged over 18.)
