Booking a Party FAQs
Q. How do I see what availability you have for a party?
A. To look at all availability on a certain date simply click here and click on the date selector show below, which will show you all the parties and times available on that day. Then, simply pick the date and time you’d like and proceed to book online.
Q. How much is it for a party?
A. Our party packages start from £13pp for a mid week party, which is £130 for 10 guests. Weekends are £14.50pp for our FREEDOME party which is £145 for 10 guests. We also host exclusive GLOW and SUPERHERO parties which are £16.95 per guests which would be £169.50 for 10 guests.

Q. I’m thinking of inviting 15 guests, do I need to pay for them all when I book? Do I have to pay a deposit when I book the party?
A. To secure the party slot simply book for the minimum of 10 guests. You will then need to amend numbers at least 5 days before the party.
In regards to a deposit, we require you to pay for the first 10 guests at your party to secure the date and time you’re booking. So that works out at £130 for an off peak party FREEDOME party, £145 for a peak FREEDOME party, £169.50 for a GLOW or SUPERHERO party and £100 for a Toddler party.
Q. Is food included in that price?
A. Yes. As stated in the party description every party comes with a minimum of: 60 mins of JUMP time, 45 mins in your party room, Pizza or Hotdog and Nachos, Ice Lollies, unlimited water and juice during JUMP time and in your VIP party room, JUMP socks for all guests and either a 1 MONTH or 3 MONTH return pass for the birthday child (depending on party package booked).
Q. How do I add people on or can I add people on to the party once I’ve booked ?
A. Yes of course! We know that party numbers can rise once everyone’s got back to you. However, as our parks can sometimes get busy, this means adding extra bouncers last minute could be tough and the time slots may already be booked up. Therefore we suggest giving us 5 days notice to ensure you get your spot!
You can then either pay over the phone, or pay on the day of your party. Please be aware that if your party numbers are heading over 20, we’ll have to confirm that our larger party room isn’t already booked for someone else at the time of your party, so please try to give us plenty of notice if it’s going to be a large party!
Q. Can I bring a cake and balloons?
A. Yes you certainly can! Simply bring them with you to your party and your VIP party host will take these off you on arrival and set them up in your party room. Don’t worry about bringing them in any earlier, at the start of your party is just fine.
Q. Can I bring my own food to the party?
A. The only additional food that is permitted to be bought into the party is your VIP’s party cake. For any additional food requirements please just let us know and if we can provide on site, we will.
Q. What is your party cancellation policy?
A. In order to get a full refund you must cancel your party at least 7 days before the party is due to take place. If you would like to change the date of the party, we also need at least 7 days notice.
If you cancel your party with less than 7 days to go before the party, you will still be charged the full price of the party.
Open Jump FAQs
Q. What is the age limit for JUMPING?
A. We have two different age groups that are able to jump at FREEDOME, but not simultaneously. As a member of the IATP, this permits us to run our 2 sessions:
FreeBees sessions for ages 2-5 and Open Jump sessions for ages 5+. (There are no exceptions to this rule at FREEDOME as we take your safety very seriously.)
Q. Why do I need to sign a Waiver again if I did one last year? How often do I need to sign one?
A. You should sign a waiver every 6 months to be sure you’re on the system. If you’re under the age of 18 you will have to get a parent or guardian to sign one as themselves and then add you on as a minor to the same waiver. (You can add an unlimited number of minors to one waiver, therefore one parent could do this for a whole party booking).
Q. I’ve bought a 30, 60 or 90 day JUMP pass. Can I book online?
A. Yes you certainly can. When you purchased your pass you received a booking confirmation ID. Simply add the slot you’d like to book to your basket, go through the checkout process and once you get to payment, in the discount code box, enter your unique booking ID as the discount code. This code is limited to you as the customer of the pass, and the code can be used once per day for the duration of the pass you purchased (i.e. 30, 60 or 90 days).
Q. I have a FREE return pass we were given at a party, can I book online?
A. Unfortunately not, free return passes are only redeemable in park. We suggest you arrive quite a bit earlier than the time you want to bounce to ensure you book in and have time to get ready for your jump time. This is especially important during our peak times when we are generally busy are 12pm to 4pm weekends and school holidays, as we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed.
Q. What are your opening hours?
Q. What time do your GLOW UV nights start?
A. GLOW starts at 5pm every Friday and Saturday night, until close.
Q. What time are your DAILY OFFERS available? Are they available all day?
A. Our DAILY OFFERS are available as follows:
- > Mega Monday, TWOSday, Wicked Wednesday and Roll the Dice Thursday – available from 4pm (5pm during half term)
- > GLOWTASTIC Fri & Sat – available from 5pm
- > 90 for the price of 60 = available all day Sat & Sun and all half term/holiday periods.

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?
A. Yes! You can purchase gift vouchers from here and these are bookable/redeemable any day of the year! You can download a printable gift voucher, or if you’d like to come into park you can pick up a physical gift card. We also supply gift boxes that’d be ideal if you’d like to buy a pair of JUMP socks and give them as part of your gift!
Q. Do you offer Blue Light Discount?
A. Yes we offer 15% discount. Please book in park to redeem this discount.
Facilities & Location FAQs
Q. Do you have a lift?
A. Yes. The entrance to the lift is round to the right hand side of the building. Reception is located on level 1.
Q. Do you have parking?
A. Yes. There is a large free car park as part of the Coliseum Leisure Park, and if you can’t see a space in front of Freedome, don’t forget there is many more spaces behind the building next to the cinema. Please also ensure you give yourself time to find a space during busy periods.
Q. Is there somewhere I can sit and watch the kids while they enjoy their JUMP time?
A. Yes there certainly is. We have seating in the cafe area (both tables and bar seating), located around the attractions and also on the first floor along the main corridor where you can watch the kids jumping.
